Leslie Cross

Leslie is a California-licensed real estate salesperson with The Winfield Group at LPT Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout San Diego. He brings a disciplined, people-first approach shaped by over a decade of military service, along with prior experience in banking and customer service.

Born and raised in Houston, Leslie has lived and relocated across multiple states and overseas, giving him firsthand insight into what military and civilian families alike face when navigating a move. He joined the team through a Department of Defense SkillBridge apprenticeship with Military Operated Real Estate (M.O.R.E.), working hands-on with buyers, sellers, and military families.

He's especially passionate about guiding fellow military families through VA loans, PCS timelines, and the buy-vs-rent decision. Outside of real estate, Leslie is a proud father to his six-year-old son, and the two can usually be found on a basketball court or out running together on the weekends.
