Yna is a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with over a decade of experience supporting real estate professionals. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation—a path that would have taken her aboard ships navigating the world's oceans. However, she discovered her true passion lay not on the high seas, but in the dynamic virtual world of remote support and operations management. That pivotal decision led her to build an exceptional career helping professionals and teams operate more efficiently, and she's never looked back.

Yna joined The Winfield Group in September 2025 as an Agent Concierge. In this role, she manages associate agents’ calendars and showings, database management, and handles both client and agent onboarding. She also provides essential support to the Transaction Coordinator whenever new escrows open, to help ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Outside of work, Yna loves to unwind in the kitchen. Cooking is her creative outlet—she enjoys preparing meals that bring comfort and joy to those around her. She approaches cooking with the same dedication and care she brings to her work. Her ability to balance precision with creativity makes her exceptional both in the kitchen and in her role supporting the team.
